Kings Heath Comic Con Returns – Saturday September 18th 2027 10 am – 5 pm

Kings Heath Comic Con 2026 was, by all measures, a roaring success from start to finish. Thanks to a great team helping run things on the day and keep the crowds moving.

Last year’s inaugural show pulled in 250+ visitors to our comic convention. This year, we smashed that number and exceeded our expected turnout by a huge margin. 800+ people came through the doors this year, proving that comic-focused conventions can work.

Of course, a great and varied guest list certainly helped with queues for Mark Millar – our special guest – forming early.

A big part of the success also comes down to the hard-working team of volunteers who helped make the day run smoothly and so successfully.

A lot of happy fans came and went, and I’d like to think a few new comic book readers have been spawned too. Enough for them to return next year on Saturday, 18th September, at the All Saints Community Centre. The perfect place for our little convention.

UPDATE: After such a successful second year, we will also be expanding to include the Kings Heath Community Centre in our plans next year, too.

Charity Art Auction

While we’re still awaiting the final count, we can inform you all that we raised over £1000 for the Kings Heath Food Bank. Thanks to all who came and bid in the auction.
